RESOLVED (a) That the revised Statement of Licensing Policy as set out in Appendix A, incorporating the revised text to para 22.4 of the Policy as outlined at point 3.6 be Approved. (b) That the policy be recommended to Cabinet for Approval. (c) That the policy be published.
