RESOLVED That the process and timescale for compilation and approval of the Annual Governance Statement 2023-24 be approved; and the timescale for compilation and approval of the Statement of Accounts 2023-24 be noted.

RESOLVED That the draft Annual Governance Statement for 2023-24 be noted prior to it being reported to Council for approval; and that the External Audit Schedule of Reports be separated into two categories, ‘Local Reports’ and ‘National Reports’.
