County Council Budget - Outturn Monitoring Report – 2022-23
RESOLVED (a) That the Outturn Monitoring Report (revenue, cost reductions / efficiencies, capital, reserves, revenue collections and treasury management) for 2022-23, be approved. (b) That the appropriation of £2.826m be approved to be appropriated to the Initiative Fund reserve to provide resources for the Council to invest in improvement projects and to realise future cost avoidance / budget saving opportunities.
