South Quay Regeneration Project Update
RESOLVED a) That the progress report, including updated programme dates, be noted. b) That a further report on costs and contractor appointment be presented to Cabinet in July 2023. c) That authority be delegated to the Assistant Chief Executive to agree and execute any agreement with Carmarthenshire County Council required to progress Levelling Up Funding (LUF) of Phase 2 of the scheme.

South Quay regeneration: contract award and funding
Cabinet noted the report, the extra £2.5 million Transforming Towns grant and the pending £6.5 million Integration and Rebalancing Capital Fund bid. It approved changes to the Capital Programme, subject to the funding being awarded. It delegated authority to the Assistant Chief Executive, in consultation with the Cabinet Member, to award the Stage 2 construction contract to Andrew Scott Ltd, subject to the funding being awarded.
