Statement of Accounts 2023-24 / ISA260 Report
RESOLVED (a) That the Statement of Accounts for 2023-24 and the Tenby and Lower Fishguard Harbour’s Authority Annual Return for 2023-24 be noted. (b) That the Audit Wales Audit of Accounts Report and Audit Opinion be noted. (c) That no specific concerns require reporting to Council at its meeting on 8 May 2025, but for the Vice Chair of the Governance and Audit Committee to apprise Council to provide a summary of the comments raised by the Governance and Audit Committee.

(c) That the Statement of Accounts for 2023-24 and the Tenby and Lower Fishguard Harbours’ Authority Annual Return for 2023-24 be approved and signed.
