   RESOLVED That Councillor Vivien Stoddart be granted dispensation to speak only on matters relating to Milford Town Centre regeneration, subject to her declaring a prejudicial interest and removing herself from the meeting when discussing grant funding; and that the dispensation be valid for a period of two year (4 July 2024). Mr Nick Watt suggested it would be helpful to use the recording of this application for future training purposes.
