RESOLVED That the Notice of Motion be supported through the implementation of the following options, to increase the user experience and aid the request to make the facilities more user friendly: (a) Improve booking availability through increasing the number of slots at all sites with booking levels above 70% of capacity on average. (b) Trial “out of hours” telephone booking option for those without internet access, up to 7pm on weekdays and on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 8am to noon.
