RESOLVED (a) That the content of the report be noted. (b) That the scheme be re-tendered as proposed. (c) That the site be utilised as a temporary car park until such time as a contractor needs to occupy the site for the purposes of completing the proposed scheme. (d) That the temporary car park be chargeable in line with the car park order which covers the site. (e) That a sum equivalent to the income generated from the site (less the cost of implementing and managing the temporary car park) be ring-fenced for the purposes of creating a disruption fund for the town centre with the detail…

RESOLVED (a) That the award of the Stage 1 contract for pre-construction services to the contractor, identified in Appendix B to the report, be authorised.
