RESOLVED a) That an Investigation and Disciplinary Sub-Committee be formed Representatives of the different groups put forward their nominations to sit on the committee. Moved by Councillor Tony Wilcox; Seconded by Councillor Di Clements. The vote, undertaken by way of a show of hands, was carried. RESOLVED b) That Councillors Elwyn Morse, Jamie Adams, Alistair Cameron, Tony Wilcox, Jonathan Grimes, Sam Skyrme-Blackhall and Jon Harvey be appointed as the members of the Investigation and Disciplinary Sub-Committee

RESOLVED a) That the matter be referred to a Designated Independent Person in view of the Threshold Test having been satisfied. b) That delegated authority be granted to the Monitoring Officer, in consultation with the Chair, to deal with procedure matters in relation to the appointment of a Designated Independent Person.
