RESOLVED a) That the Action Plan of activity ahead of the 2027 local elections be approved. b) That the Diversity in Democracy Pledge be recommended to Council for adoption.

Diversity in Democracy pledge and action plan
Council agreed to make a public commitment to be a more Diverse Council in 2027, and to set out a local Diverse Council Action Plan before the 2027 local elections. The vote was 45 for and 6 against.
