RESOLVED That the Committee endorsed the 202-22 Section 175 annual report as evidence of safeguarding in Pembrokeshire schools with the knowledge that an action plan will be formulated by the safeguarding team to address all actions in the audit.

RESOLVED That the information provided within the Section 175 Audit Report for 2022-23, attached at Appendix A, be noted as evidence of the oversight of schools in relation to their responsibilities under Section 175 of the Education Act.
