RESOLVED (a) That the issues concerning the roof at Tenby VC School be noted. (b) That a budget of £75,000 be approved to fund a feasibility exercise to explore the identified options, together with other options to address the issues including ascertaining whether there are any options for the Council to seek redress from the contractor(s) involved in building Tenby VC School.

RESOLVED That the public be excluded from the meeting in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 as Appendices B and F involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 14 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A to the Act; and that the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.
