RESOLVED (a) That the Budget Monitoring Report (revenue, capital, capital rollover, reserves, budget savings, revenue collections, treasury management and 2024-25 to 2027-28 Medium Term Financial Plan ((MTFP) update) for Quarter 1 2023-24 be approved. (b) That the proposed virements greater than £0.100m be approved. (c) That the moratorium on all non-essential expenditure which is now in force, be noted.
