RESOLVED (a) That the Budget Outturn Report (revenue, capital, reserves, budget savings, revenue collections and treasury management) for 2025-26 be approved. (b) That the appropriation of the 2025-26 £5.6m budget underspend to the Initiative Fund to provide resources for the Council to invest in improvement and prevention projects to realise future cost avoidance / budget saving opportunities, be approved.
