RESOLVED That the Councillor Jacob Williams be duly appointed as the Chair of the Planning Committee. Councillor Paul Miller Moved that Councillor Jordan Ryan be duly appointed as the Vice-Chair of the Planning Committee; Seconded by Councillor Tony Wilcox. Councillor Brian Hall proposed Councillor Tony Wilcox for the position of Vice-Chair. Councillor Wilcox did not accept. The vote, undertaken by a show of hands, was carried.
