RESOLVED That the application be REFUSED, for the following reason; · That the application site is located within close proximity to a residential area and the application proposes the change of use of an agricultural field into a dog exercise field. It is considered that the proposed use of the site as a dog exercise field would not be compatible with the area and would have the potential to result in a significant detrimental impact on residential amenity through noise associated with its use.
