Quarter 2 budget monitoring report 2025-26
The Committee noted the Quarter 2 budget monitoring report. It also agreed to refer the Patient Flow Service Level Agreement (a formal agreement setting out services and payments) between the Health Board and the council to the Social Care Overview and Scrutiny Committee for review.

Quarter 2 budget monitoring 2025-26
Cabinet approved the Quarter 2 budget monitoring report for 2025-26, covering revenue, capital, reserves, savings and treasury management. It also approved the budget virements (transfers between budgets) in the report.
