Review of Homebuy Pembrokeshire
RESOLVED (a) That the delivery of the Homebuy Pembrokeshire scheme for a further 2 years to support eligible persons to purchase their own property in the county be continued. (b) That the proposed scheme changes as outlined in Section 4 (Proposed Scheme Revisions) be approved. (c) That the allocation of Second Homes Council Tax Premium as funding towards Homebuy Pembrokeshire be continued for the period 2026-2028 with ongoing evaluation of the scheme prior to its subsequent continuation.
