A Councillor Support Self-Assessment Framework
RESOLVED That a Working Group be established consisting of all Members of the Committee, to consider the following and report back to the Committee as required: (a) An audit of the framework by working through the suggested themes and questions to identify which areas are complete and those that require further work and report back to the Committee for further consideration. (b) A Survey of all Members be undertaken on their thoughts of the support received using the Framework questions as a basis. (c) Using the Framework as a tool for developing the induction programme for 2027.
