RESOLVED That the Committee note the Audit Wales Report titled ‘Springing Forward Asset Management – Pembrokeshire County Council’ subject to the following additions: (a) That a single database to include all Authority assets including location and condition be developed. (b) That an update report would be given to Members of the Services Overview and Scrutiny Committee by email. (c) That the Director of Community liaise with the Head of Law and Governance as to the current position of the Strategic Asset Management Group and that it is put before Cabinet or Council to be re-established or…
