Waste and recycling centre opening days
The committee supported Option 4 and recommended it to Cabinet for its decision on 2 December 2024. Option 4 cuts opening days at all six centres. Winsel, Waterloo, Crane Cross and Manorowen would each lose one day a week all year, and Hermon and St Davids would lose one day a week in summer. The motion was carried by 10 votes to 3, with no abstentions.
Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
