Regional Bus Funding Joint Working Agreement
Cabinet approved entering into the regional bus funding agreement, in the form attached. It delegated authority to the Head of Law and Governance, in conjunction with the Cabinet Member for Residents' Services, to agree any necessary changes before it is completed.

RESOLVED (a) That entering into the Regional Agreement for 2025-26 be approved, which will be based on the 2024-25 version shown in Appendix A. (b) That authority be delegated to the Head of Law and Governance to agree any revisions to the Regional Agreement as are considered necessary prior to its completion. (c) That the Council’s Finance Procedure Rule 17.6.1 requiring Cabinet approval to enter into partnership arrangements be suspended.
