RESOLVED (a) That a full update to the Corporate Governance Improvement Plan will be presented to the Committee at its 4 February 2025 meeting be noted. (b) That a further update be provided at the 4 February 2025 meeting outlining the range of proposals which would be used to show how the Authority’s changes were being managed and how Officers were abiding by the Nolan Principles. [Mr John Evans left the meeting at this juncture.]

RESOLVED That the progress made on the Corporate Governance Improvement Plan be noted, and the draft response be approved.
