RESOLVED That the Notice of Motion be not adopted. [Councillor Jamie Adams advised that he has mistakenly cast a vote ‘for’ the motion; however, his intention was to cast his vote ‘against’ the motion and requested that his vote 'against’ the motion be recorded. The vote has been amended accordingly.]
