RESOLVED That the suggested Survey attached at Appendix 2 be approved, subject to the following amendments: · That Council Committees, such as the Constitutional Review Committee and the Democratic Services Committee, be included under questions four and five. · That each Committee be listed for question six regarding meeting length. · That additional commentary boxes be added.

Timing of Council Meetings
RESOLVED (a) That the results of the survey be noted. (b) That it be recommended to Council that the start time of the Annual Council Meeting be amended from 11am to 10am. The Head of Democratic Services stated that the Decision would be added to the next rolling report to Council, which would be considered at the December meeting.
