Local Growth Fund delivery arrangements for South West Wales
Cabinet approved the Local Growth Fund proceeding, with Swansea Council as lead authority for South West Wales, subject to satisfactory governance for the regional skills budget. It agreed delivery through regional anchor projects and local gap-filling calls. It delegated to the Director of Resources the power to enter funding agreements. It delegated to the Assistant Chief Executive and Director of Place the approval of the regional investment plan, launching calls for proposals, endorsing anchor projects and approving grant awards from calls.
