Transport Compliance Review and Improvement Programme Update
RESOLVED (a) That the progress made in delivering the Transport Compliance Improvement Programme and the actions taken to address the findings arising from the independent compliance review of the Council's Heavy Goods Vehicle operations, be noted. (b) That the Terms of Reference for the Transport and Fleet Compliance Improvement Programme Board, be noted, and that any agreement on final terms are to be determined by the Chief Executive, be noted.
