Portfield School redevelopment: full business case and budget
Cabinet agreed to recommend that Full Council raise the Band B budget for the Sustainable Communities for Learning programme to £28,881,940. Cabinet approved the full business case and updated the capital programme to the same total, but only if Full Council raises the budget first. Cabinet authorised a contract for enabling works to Morgan Sindall, which is at risk until Welsh Ministers approve the business case. Cabinet delegated to the Director of Education the award of a utility ground works contract and the utility connections, which are not at risk.

Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
