Minutes of two regional joint committees noted, with a quorum letter
The Committee noted the minutes of the Swansea Bay City Region Joint Committee meetings held on 11 May, 27 July and 12 October 2023, and of the South West Wales Corporate Joint Committee meeting of 6 June 2023. It also asked the Assistant Chief Executive to write on the Committee's behalf to the City and County of Swansea to clarify quorum rules for the Joint Committee.
