At planning committee

This application was named on the agenda of Planning Committee on 16 September 2026.

What the committee decided

Members were minded to grant conditional planning permission. The Development Control Manager is to decide the application under delegated powers. The Principal Planning Officer reported that the Sustainable Drainage Systems approval body was satisfied that the surface water drainage strategy could be supported for planning purposes, and detailed drainage proposals will be considered in the separate approval process.
