What the committee decided
Members were minded to grant planning permission. They welcomed the development and recognised the benefits of supporting sporting facilities and participation. An addendum recommended that, if permission is granted, pre-commencement conditions (conditions that must be met before work starts) require a tree survey, a tree constraints plan and tree protection measures, and that the approved protection measures be kept in place for the whole development.
