Ty Pawb Update Report - Mitigations
AGREED:- · That the Committee will receive future separate reports relating to Ty Pawb and other markets. · That there will be future reporting on mitigations to include expenditure and income. · That the Committee will receive revised financial projections for 2024/2025 mitigations that will be forwarded by email. · That Marketing, including Social Care to be included in future reports. · That a payment plan for legal fees to be actively considered in the future.

Tŷ Pawb annual performance and mitigation plan update
The Committee agreed to receive a further update in January 2027, covering three years of financial data, a fuller income breakdown, car parking data and a breakdown of events for the year. It agreed to consider the Strategic Business Plan once it is developed, the Advisory Board's 3, 5 and 10 year aims, its revised vision and values, and the future delivery model. It also agreed that all-member workshops be held on the 10 Year Cultural Strategy and on the Strategic Business Case for the flexible space at Tŷ Pawb.
