RESOLVED – That the report be noted. Reason for decision To inform Members of the work undertaken by the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales.

Public Services Ombudsman for Wales Annual Letter 2024/25
RESOLVED:- (i) That the Governance and Audit Committee considered the information within the report and determined that the Council’s complaint management processes were compliant and effective. (ii) That customer service standards be reissued to all officers and that the Committee receive future feedback on actions taken by Chief Officers and any resulting service changes.
