Capital programme and treasury management, quarter 3
The Board approved the capital programme (planned spending on buildings and other assets) as at quarter 3, and continued the capital receipts policy (how money from selling council assets is used). It also noted the quarter 3 treasury management activity, which covers how the council borrows and invests money.

Members noted and approved the quarter 3 capital programme for 2025/26, as set out in appendices 1 and 2 of report COFI/09/26. They also noted and approved the quarter 3 treasury management activity in appendix 3.
