Response to the Panel Performance Assessment Report
RESOLVED:- (i) That the Committee received the Panel Performance Assessment report (Appendix 1). (ii) That the Committee reviewed the council’s response to the PPA report (Para 4.8 and Appendix 2) and made recommendations for changes as it deemed appropriate.

RESOLVED: - (i) That the Committee reviewed the council’s updated response to the PPA report (Appendix A) and made recommendations for any further changes as it deems appropriate. (ii) That the Committee reviewed the proposal at Appendix B for a sector-led improvement.
Council. Full Council sets the budget and council tax and approves major plans.
Response to the Panel Performance Assessment
The Council recommended its response to the assessment's recommendations for publication. It also recommended a sector-led approach to a corporate governance review. An amendment from the Labour Leader, asking for a scoping exercise with the WLGA and a detailed report to the Governance and Audit Committee, was lost.

RESOLVED: That the Committee reviewed progress with the actions to address the Council’s Panel Performance Assessment recommendations at Appendix A.
