Connect to Work employment support programme
The Board agreed in principle to start the Connect to Work programme in Wrexham and across North Wales with the other five councils. It asked for a further report within 12 weeks, before delivery starts, on Wrexham's contribution to the delivery plan, including risks and opportunities.

Connect to Work regional delivery plan and commissioning
The Board supported the draft Regional Delivery Plan for Connect to Work, developed by the six north Wales councils. It delegated to the Interim Chief Officer Economy & Planning, after consulting the Lead Member, authority to commission the Individual Placement Support (IPS) service in Wrexham and to sign funding agreements once the Department for Work & Pensions approves the plan. It also delegated authority to support regional commissioning of the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) element. The minute lists a second point (iii) that repeats the IPS delegation for Wrexham.
Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
