RESOLVED (i) That the proposed draft annual calendar of meetings for the Council, the Executive Board, Scrutiny and Standing Committees in 2022/23 including provision for All Member Workshops and Member Development, be approved for consultation with Members during June/July 2022. (ii) That in accordance with the Diversity in Democracy Declaration agreed by Council on 22 December 2021, the Democratic Services Committee be asked to review the practical arrangements for holding meetings. RESOLVED - That the Calendar of Meetings for the Council, the Executive Board, Scrutiny and Standing Committees for the remainder of 2022/23 be approved. REASON FOR DECISION (i) To approve the dates and timings of meetings in 2022/23.
