Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licence Fees
RESOLVED – (i) That the fee increases set out in report COEP/38/26 be agreed in principle in accordance with the Council’s Cost Recovery Policy with an implementation date of 1 November 2026. (ii) That the new fees be published as required by the Local Government Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1976.

RESOLVED – (i) That the responses received following publication of the proposed fee increases be considered and noted; and (ii) That the fee increases agreed in principle by the Committee on 18 May 2026 be confirmed in accordance with the Council's Cost Recovery Policy, with the revised fees to come into effect on 1 November 2026.
