The Committee reaffirmed its earlier decision to be minded to grant conditional planning permission. This is subject to the applicant signing a Section 106 agreement, a legal contract with the council, covering affordable housing and commuted sum payments (payments made instead of providing something on site). The council's Development and Building Control Manager, a senior officer, will issue the decision under delegated powers, meaning without a further committee vote.
Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
