The committee recommended to Cabinet that future revenue reports give clearer, more consistent information on school spending, financial pressures and reserves. It recommended that Cabinet note the 2025/26 budget position, approve the virements (budget transfers between services) in Appendix 1, and approve a net transfer of £0.659m from earmarked reserves (money set aside for specific purposes) to general balances. Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
