Members were minded to grant conditional planning permission, subject to a Section 106 agreement. The agreement would cover on-site affordable homes, payments for off-site affordable homes, waste and open space, long-term care of the retained woodland, new planting and the removal of Japanese knotweed. If the agreement is not completed within three months, permission would be refused.
