The Planning Committee considered nine planning applications on 11 March 2026 and was minded to grant eight of them, most subject to conditions or a Section 106 agreement (a legal contract requiring the developer to provide things such as affordable homes or pay sums to the council). It was minded to refuse one, a garden cabin at 89 Tan y Bryn Road, Rhos on Sea, and that application will return to a future meeting because the proposed decision goes against officers' advice. 'Minded to' means the committee has agreed in principle, and the final decision is then made under delegated powers by an officer, the Development and Building Control Manager.
