RESOLVED - That the ‘Council Plan Quarter 2 Performance Report 2024/25’ as outlined in Appendix A to report CE/01/25 be approved. Reason for decision To enable the Executive Board to monitor performance against the Council Plan.

Council Plan annual performance report 2024/25 and Year 3 targets
The Board approved the Council Plan Annual Performance Report 2024/25 for publication on the council's website. It also supported the Performance Management Framework for Year 3 of the Council Plan 2023-28.

Council Plan performance report for quarter 2 of 2025/26
The Board approved the Quarter 2 Council Plan performance report, set out in Appendix A of report CE/27/25.
Customers, Performance, Resources and Governance Scrutiny Committee. Scrutiny committees question decisions and can recommend changes. They don't make the decision.
Council Plan quarter 2 performance report 2025-26
The committee thanked the Lead Members and officers for the report. It recommended an All Member Workshop on the Anti-Poverty Strategy. It recommended that work to improve communication about Streetscene Services include Local Members (the councillors for the areas affected). It recommended five changes to future performance reports, including an outcome measure for the Connect to Work Scheme and more use of benchmarking data.
